If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. We aim to make returns and refunds as simple and stress-free as possible.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unused.
• In its original condition.
• Returned with all original packaging and tags attached.

To request a return, please email contact@bubbybuu.com with your order number. If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Where applicable, return shipping costs and any return handling fees will be deducted from your refund for change of mind returns.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review your enquiry and determine the most appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
